What do I do if I ordered something by mistake?

If you mistakenly purchased an item you didn’t want, you should send an email to support@forsaken-ro.net and we will refund your money. If you wanted a different item that cost the same amount and you have not yet received your items, we can swap the item for you. Do not file a charge back. Charge backs are against the rules and will result in your account(s) being blocked permanently unless you compensate for the cost and additional charge back fees.

Can I change my item(s) after I placed my order?

If you have not yet received your items, you can swap out items from your order as long as the price is the same. If you have already received your items in game, we cannot exchange them for you.

How will I receive my donations?

The Forsaken Ragnarok Online administrators handle each donation personally. If you are not online, they will log in to your account and place your items in your storage. If you are online, they will either (a) message you and give them to you personally or (b) log in to your account and place them in your storage. If the administration logs into your account, you will not be able to log in for a few minutes. Please note that your information is kept secure and confidential.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Amazon Payments, Google Wallet, MoneyBookers/Skrill, and Western Union. If you are unsure of the best payment method for you, please contact us at support@forsaken-ro.net.

When will I receive my donations?

To ensure a high quality of customer service, we hand out all donations personally. You will usually receive your donation within 24 hours, but typically sooner. Donations are normally given out once a day during the morning and night (Eastern Standard Time). The longest it would take would be 48 hours, but only if there are extenuating circumstances or the user made an error in the order.

Are donations to ForsakenRO tax-deductible?

Donations made to ForsakenRO are not tax-deductible.
